Our fudge cake is made from healthful ingredients like cannellini beans, generous amounts of Japanese Hojicha powder, dates, rolled oats and seeds, these are rich protein and fibre. It is satiating, doesn't give you a sugar crash & is also lower in caffeine content compared to matcha cakes.
