Our bestselling date-sweetened Hojicha fudge cake, topped with a creamy dairy-free dark chocolate ganache, topped with speculoos biscuit crunch for a delicious, light tinge of saltiness. 

Our fudge cake is made from premium ingredients like cannellini beans, generous amounts of Japanese Hojicha powder, dates, rolled oats and seeds, these are rich protein and fibre. It is also lower in caffeine content compared to matcha cakes.
