What's Genmaicha, you ask? Only the most amazing Japanese tea infusion ever, made with green tea and roasted brown rice. It's my absolute favourite, and I'm sure it'll be yours too!
But that's not all – our Cocoa Wholefoods cake is already a fan-favourite, and now we've made it even better with a luscious Genmaicha cashew cream (plus extra dusting on top!). It's the perfect combination of rich, chocolatey goodness and the earthy, nutty flavour of Genmaicha.
BEST PART: Our cake is totally guilt-free! Made with wholesome ingredients like kidney beans, cocoa powder, dates, rolled oats, and seeds - each slice is nutrient-dense and packed with protein and fibre. No butter or flour used, but still tasty!
