Created for Ms Clean Addict's Mum who adores Carrot Cakes, TCA's Carrot Cake is the most guilt-free version that you could ask for made with whole grains!
It is moist and densely packed with freshly grated carrots, organic wholegrains, crunchy dry-roasted walnuts (no added oil/sugar) and juicy raisins.
Topped off with a dairy-free citrus lemon cashew "cream cheese" frosting made from REAL FOODS and naturally sweetened with dates only. No butter, shortening or icing sugars.

Ingredients include: freshly grated carrots, organic wholemeal flour (GF version: almond flour, tapioca starch, rice flour), pumpkin, dry-roasted walnuts, raisins, unrefined cane sugar, activated cashews (soaked for 12 hours), non-GMO tofu, dates, sea salt, organic coconut oil.
Nutrition facts of Carrot Cake and "Cream Cheese frosting are calculated based on an 8" cake (excludes toppings).

STORAGE:
As this cake does not contain preservatives, please store it in the fridge within 1 hour upon collection/delivery and consume on same/next day.
The cake is sent slightly frozen due to delivery purposes to endure the heat during delivery. It it is still hard to cut through, please take it out from fridge 30-40 minutes at air con temperature for it to thaw before celebration. The cake should be easy to cut through.
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days airtight or freezer for up to 1 month.

I can't get enough of the vegan cakes from this place! It's become my go-to place for any occasions. The cakes are always incredibly moist and flavorful, and you would never guess they're vegan. Definitely worth a try if you're in need of a guilt-free indulgence!

SingaporeThe cake was great! Of course its a healthy option so some of my family members still preferred the "normal/sweeter/more sinful" cakes. But my Mum who is diabetic really enjoyed it. The presentation was picture perfect. I would say the cake is just a little small for the price paid? But I do understand a lot of time and effort has been spent putting good ingredients into the cake. I guess we're paying for quality and not quantity here. Thanks again Andrea!
