"What are your delivery charges like? How does flexi-time differ from cake care delivery?"
We offer mainly 3 options for our cakes/treats!
Option 1) SATURDAY Flexi-time delivery PROMO: Be home or be flexible for the best rate on Saturday.
To keep our delivery rates more affordable (and absorbing some costs on our part), our treats will be sent during the timeframe offered for residential areas* at $5.50 on Saturday - shipping day will be the default date upon checkout while selecting “Shipping rates”.
If that Saturday date is not reflected at Shipping Rate page, please write your preferred date (must be a Saturday) under the “Notes” section or WA 96353003 to double confirm.
Min purchase $60 and above will be needed
If you have selected $5.50 delivery and address is to areas like Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Changi Airport or Sentosa, we will contact you again to get a top-up before confirming your order with you again.
- Treats are sent via the most efficient traffic route & send anytime in between the time window of 11am-6.30pm (or listed timeframe at our shipping rates page during checkout), so please make sure someone is available to receive the treats.
For you to expect our goodies, a narrower 2-hour timeframe will be sent the night before for delivery days with larger time window on weekends or selected flexi delivery days. We will contact you about this either via text or email (if we have previously communicated via email regarding your order) the night before when we have collated all of our orders.
Note: 2-hour timeframe is the best we can offer due to traffic/unexpected weather conditions and for our deliverer's safety. Timing requests will not be guaranteed for this option.
**If no one is home to receive, we will not be responsible for any damage to the items once passed/left at your door as our products are made with real foods and contain no preservatives or additives. Please leave a cooler bag with a lot of ice for us to place the desserts in.
Redelivery fees apply if our deliverer is unable to reach you, address is wrong, or unable gain access to your unit.
If you wish to make any changes to your delivery date/address or order details, we can try our best to assist if we can reach us up to 48 hours before the delivery date via email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 96353003.
We do not operate on Mondays. If you'd like your cake on a Monday, we will recommend the time slot of 3-7pm on Sunday - our cakes will be able to keep fresh for another day - provided it is stored in the fridge with a cling wrap wrapped around the cake box.
- A strict 10-minute waiting time applies for every delivery. If deliveries cannot be received by the receiving party during the stipulated 10-minute period, the order will be left outside the door (only applicable if there is access to the apartment/office) or sent back to our store for your collection during our operating hours.
Delivery will happen any time between the stated stipulated time slot and we are unable to advise or guarantee arrival by a certain time/time slot as this is subject to the third party delivery's schedule.
Please note that additional $5-10 charges will apply for areas like Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, camps, Changi Airport, Sentosa, hotels and malls.
We will contact you again to get a top-up before confirming your order with you again.
Option 3) Third-party Courier Pick-up
We welcome you to book a third party courier arranged by you to pick up from Seletar area if you'd prefer this method.
Please WA 96353003 to reconfirm this option and to coordinate. No calls or IG DM as new messages can be hidden. WA or Text to this number only :)
However, we will not be responsible for any damages to our desserts once collected from us as we can't guarantee how they will handle our desserts.
Option 4) Self-Collection
Please WA to reconfirm this option and to coordinate. If not, we will contact you 1 day or night before to confirm your collection details.
How long in advance can you preorder and how?
Online via thecleanaddicts.com only.
You can order between 3 to 90 days in advance (slots subject to availability).
Upon checkout, select the date you would like your cake ready for pickup/delivery. Any day within the next 90 days would show up on the calendar except Mondays (as we're closed!).
To avoid disappointment, we recommend for you to order before Wed 11.59pm on the same week, for your cake to arrive in time for the weekend.
