THE NOURISH HER COLLECTION

For the seasons when you choose less caffeine, not less indulgence.

This collection began during my first year of motherhood.

As a new mum navigating breastfeeding, baby care and running a small business, I found myself naturally drawn to familiar ingredients that brought a sense of comfort — black sesame, red dates, ginger and other simple wholefoods that I already loved working with.

At the same time, I became more conscious of the moments when I wanted something indulgent, but preferred to choose less caffeine without giving up the joy of dessert.

That became the inspiration behind The Nourish Her Collection — a collection of modern wholefood creations inspired by traditional ingredients, comforting flavours and the little ways we can nourish ourselves through busy seasons of life.

From our Sesame Mochi Muffin bundles paired with YERA by Ye Traditions, to our caffeine-free Green Pea Fudge Cake and 100% Pure Pistachio Butter made simply from lightly roasted pistachios, each creation has its own place in the collection.

Some are inspired by the ingredients I found myself reaching for during my first year of motherhood. Others are simply made for everyday nourishment — whether that's a quiet cup of tea, a little something sweet, breakfast with your family, or a moment to yourself.

What started from my own season of motherhood has become a collection created for women through every season of life.

For pregnancy.
For postpartum.
For the busy days.
For the quiet moments.
For everyday life.

Because while we spend so much of our lives nourishing the people around us, sometimes we need a little reminder to nourish her, too.
