It is moist and densely packed with freshly grated carrots, organic wholegrains, crunchy dry-roasted walnuts (no added oil/sugar) and juicy raisins.
Topped off with a dairy-free and low-fat citrus lemon cashew "cream cheese" frosting made from REAL FOODS and naturally sweetened with dates only. No butter, shortening or icing sugars.

SingaporeThe cake was great! Of course its a healthy option so some of my family members still preferred the "normal/sweeter/more sinful" cakes. But my Mum who is diabetic really enjoyed it. The presentation was picture perfect. I would say the cake is just a little small for the price paid? But I do understand a lot of time and effort has been spent putting good ingredients into the cake. I guess we're paying for quality and not quantity here. Thanks again Andrea!

The cake was very nicely decorated with a generous serving of toppings. It is not too sweet and packed with flavours! This is the best way to indulge sinfully without the guilt! My mum loves it and it’s whole food plant based!
