The mochi muffins were such a decadent treat! They were dense and fudgy, and the dark chocolate was rich but not overly bitter. The sesame fillings was not diluted at all and would be a hit for sesame purists. Although the muffins were refined-sugar free, they were still very tasty!

Delicious vegan bakes!

It was my parents' first exposure to vegan bakes, which in their minds would be tasteless and not nice at all. They tried these and enjoyed the muffins, especially the sesame one! The black sesame one is so good I think it should be a mainstay :D
