Storage FAQ
Q: How do I store your Mooncakes if I would like to deliver the Mooncakes myself to my family/clients as a gift?

A: If you'd like to freeze the Mooncake boxes for future delivery or gifting to your friends/clients, please cling wrap the Mooncake boxes tightly to protect the box from getting wet & FREEZE in coldest part of freezer for up to 2 months.

On day of sending out, please send to them within 2-4 hours (Highly recommended as our products have no preservatives)

- They can last in fridge for up to 3-5 days from date of collection/receiving the Mooncakes. 

To thaw from freezer for consumption, place mooncake in aircon temperature for 30 minutes to avoid too much condensation or overnight/4-8 hours in fridge in an airtight container. Please do not refreeze mooncakes once thawed.
