Low in natural sugars from dates only and handmade from scratch from premium ingredients like kidney beans, generous amounts of Japanese matcha powder, soaked & activated cashews (soaked for 12 hours), dates, rolled oats and seeds. Each slice is satiating and rich protein, fibre and powerful antioxidants from green tea and freeze-dried berries.

**Please read** Storage Instructions:
- As our cakes have no preservatives and frosting is highly sensitive to heat, please store it in the fridge upon collection and enjoy it cold from the fridge!
Leftovers: Able to store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days in the coldest part of the fridge OR pre-slice them upon receiving and freeze airtight for up to 1 month as a guilt-free snack (highly recommend this method).
The berry flavour goes well with the matcha cake.
