STORAGE: Our cakes contain no preservatives! To enjoy the cake at its best texture, please transfer them to airtight container. Double Matcha Fudge cake is best eaten in 2 days if stored in fridge and consume the rest of the 3 slices within 3 days.
If you know you aren't having them straight away, please store them in freezer which can last up to 2 weeks right away from receiving!
To enjoy it from freezer, Method 1 (highly recommended!): Thaw the square slice overnight in fridge (in a container).
Method 2: Take it out to thaw on the counter for 20-30 minutes in air con temp (good enough to cut through with a knife) to avoid too much condensation. Texture should be fudgey but not sticky.
