You asked, we listened! ❤️ Carrot cake has been one of the most requested flavours from our community, and this Christmas, we're giving this timeless favourite a deliciously nutty makeover! Also made to be gluten free so everyone can enjoy :)

Introducing our Carrot × Pistachio & Cranberry Log Cake — wonderfully moist, tender and generously packed with freshly grated carrots, aromatic roasted pistachios and pops of tangy dried cranberries.

The rich, buttery nuttiness of pistachios pairs beautifully with the sweet-tart cranberries, creating a delightful contrast of flavours and textures in every bite!

Lovingly coated with our luscious dairy-free vanilla cashew wholefoods frosting, made from real wholefoods and naturally sweetened with date syrup. No butter, cream, shortening or icing sugar needed!

Finished with more roasted pistachios, jewel-like cranberries and delicate edible gold flakes for that extra festive sparkle! ✨

Ingredients: Freshly grated carrots, dry-roasted pistachios, pumpkin, almond flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, dried cranberries, raisins, activated cashews, non-GMO tofu, date syrup, unrefined cane sugar, rice bran oil, organic coconut oil, vanilla extract. That is all!

Allergens: Tree nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews), soy (in frosting).

Note: Our cashew tofu frosting will naturally darken over time due to the date syrup and vanilla extract used. It may look a little different, but it’s still just as delicious! ❤️

STORAGE: 

As this cake does not contain preservatives and cashew cream is on the runny side due as it contains tofu, please store it in the fridge within 1 hour upon collection/delivery and is best consume cold from fridge on same/next day for best texture for the cashew cream.

Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days airtight or freezer for up to 1 month.

Please prepare your own cooler bag with at least 4-6 ice packs if you aren't home to receive during delivery timeframe or for collection. (Dimensions of cake box: 7 x 7 x 4" height for Petite size, and 9 x 9 x 4" for 8" size log cake)

The cake is sent slightly frozen due to delivery purposes to endure the heat during delivery. It it is still hard to cut through after delivery, please take it out from fridge 30-45 minutes to thaw at air con temperature before celebration. The cake should be easy to cut through.
