Made without butter, this rich, fudgey cake is powered by nourishing wholefoods like fibre-rich beans and naturally sweetened with dates, making it a perfect guilt-free treat for tea lovers!
Infused with the earthy warmth of hojicha, it’s coated in a light cinnamon-infused 74% dark chocolate ganache and topped with real food toppings, including my personal favorite—tangy dried cranberries. Each bite offers a balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and the subtle aroma of roasted tea, giving your body a treat that feels as good as it tastes.

Care & Storage
Log Cake:
- To enjoy the cake at its best texture, please store it in the fridge upon receiving.
Able to freeze as a whole cake in box (box should be cling wrapped) to enjoy on Christmas Day! For leftovers/pre-portioning, please freeze in slices in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Our fudge cake can be a delicious and nutritious breakfast/tea-time snack (pictured as a sliced cake)
