8” Round Cake - up to 15 servings, leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days and 2 weeks in the freezer
Cake has a Soft Chocolate Centre at room temperature so please leave it out before enjoying it! (better eaten at room temp OR reheated In the oven. No microwave)

Choose Oat-Free for GF option (we will use brown rice flour in place of oats)
Original Mochi cake base contains oats for some healthy fibre!
Allergens: Glutinous Rice Flour, Chocolate, Oats, Soy (in mylk used), Soy Lecithin (in dark chocolate chips), Coconut (in frosting)

Care Instructions
Best enjoyed at room temperature. Take out from fridge 2 hours before cake-cutting for a softer dark chocolate centre.
Able to store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days or 2 weeks in freezer in an airtight container.
Potentially Lifechanging Hack: Reheat mochi cake slice in oven for 8-10 minutes at 160C or microwave for 20-25s on medium, for a fudgey, decadent texture!
This is a wonderfully decadent cake. The moment you open the box, the most delicious scent of chocolate and mint tantalises your nose. The cake itself is moist and luxurious on the tongue, while the taste is rich and chocolatey with a hint of mint.
While it is a pretty penny, it is worth every cent if you have food intolerances and have not been able to eat good cake in ages.
