This year, we have developed mooncakes for our TEA - the best of both worlds in a beautiful Marble Box!
Our Wholefoods Mooncakes are a healthier and nourishing alternative to traditional snow skin mooncakes with no nasties. All handcrafted with a wholesome blend of nuts, seeds, rolled oats, both encased in our Housemade Charcoal Organic Chia seed Real Foods "Snowskin".
Probably the cleanest-tasting mooncakes you can have - they completely oil free, with only 3g of sugar serving that comes mostly from minimal dates. Each Mooncake is rich in healthy plant fibre, protein, monounsaturated fats, Omega 3 fatty acids and still tasty!
All components (wholesome organic chia seed skin, filling and core) are made from scratch with with 9-10 natural real food ingredients with minimal sugars.

- NEW "Earl Grey Noir" A wholesome take on indulgence — bold Earl Grey tea, a nourishing seed crunch, and a smooth 74% dark chocolate core. Finished off with a dusting of Earl Grey tea for extra depth and fragrance.
- "MATCHA ECLIPSE" (Bestseller!) Meet the power duo of Japanese Matcha and black sesame — fudgey, wholesome, and packed with intense flavour. With our CLEAN housemade unsweetened black sesame paste centre and a dusting of matcha powder, it’s pure sesame and matcha-licious goodness.
- Mostly Raw | Vegan | Trans Fat Free | Nut Free | No Oil or Shortening used. Mostly Refined Sugar Free (~95%, 5% comes from unrefined cane sugar, rest - naturally sweetened with minimal dates).
All are handmade & each of them is ~100g (about 6cm width x2.5cm ht)

Care & Best Storage
To enjoy mooncake at its best texture, please have them within 5 days from collection and them into an airtight container to avoid the Chia Seed Skin from drying out. Able to freeze for up to 2 months in the coldest part of the freezer.
Thaw frozen Mooncakes at air con temp for 30-40 minutes to minimise condensation or thaw for 6-12 hours in fridge (recommended) for most optimal texture.
"Earl Grey Noir" flavour is best enjoyed when left at room temp for 30 minutes for the dark chocolate centre to be softer.
