This cake has 3 thoughtfully layered components:

Top: Hojicha maple syrup drizzle to gently intensify the tea flavour
Light, moist, and naturally less sweet, this cake is rich in fibre, plant protein and antioxidants, yet suitable for those managing diabetes.
Made from 8 wholefood ingredients, with no dairy, eggs, refined sugar, artificial colours, or preservatives, it’s the ultimate cake for both matcha and hojicha lovers!

Leftovers: Able to store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days OR pre-slice them after collection and freeze airtight for up to 1 month as a guilt-free snack!
