Our Double Chocolate Mochi Cake elevated with a rum-infused dark chocolate ganache, layered over rich 74% dark chocolate for a deep, fudgy, slightly boozy, warming finish. This is indulgence done right, with a lower sugar profile so you can enjoy without the heaviness.
Made with oats for added fibre, and crafted to be eggless and nut-free, it’s a thoughtful treat for sharing with dad and the whole family.
To fully appreciate the cake's magic, allow it to reach room temperature. The soft chocolate centre will soften to its full glory. For an extra touch of indulgence, gently reheat the cake for a melty, chocolatey soft texture.
Choose Oat-Free for GF option (we will use brown rice flour in place of oats)

Care Instructions
- Best enjoyed at room temperature. Take out from fridge 2 hours before cake-cutting for a softer dark chocolate centre.
- Able to store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days or 2 weeks in freezer in an airtight container.
- Potentially Lifechanging Hack: Reheat mochi cake slice in oven for 8-10 minutes at 160C or microwave for 20-25s on medium, for a fudgey, decadent texture!
