Made from real, nutrient-dense ingredients, our signature low-sugar Earl Grey Fudge Cake is enrobed in a velvety 74% dark chocolate ganache and beautifully adorned with festive toppings of dried cranberries, seeds, dried citrus and herbs.

Allergens: Coconut, Non-certified GF Oats*, Dark Chocolate (may contain traces of dairy - not suitable for those with severe allergy to dairy), Soy Lecithin (in Chocolate), sunflower seeds, coconut and peanuts (tree stump decoration). Rice flour is used for the decorative snow dusting. 

Our fudge cake base is naturally sweetened with dates. The 74% dark chocolate ganache contains some added sugar.

Care & Storage:

Refrigerate upon receiving. For the best texture, leave the cake at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before serving to allow the dark chocolate ganache to soften.

Freezing: You may freeze the whole cake in its box, securely wrapped with cling film, or portion leftovers into slices and store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
